I love a hidden gem in terms of small businesses. Last time I went I had a dirty matcha latte, a dangerously delicious cinnamon roll French toast. SO GOOD. I also had some of there papas and veggie omelette from my friends dish. I’ve been going there for a few years and it’s recently gotten some TLC, the owners daughter is changing the whole place up, adding plants & a new paint job! Bottom line, check out the DGC if you want a delicious home cooked meal for a good price!

Great food, very polite staff, small restaurant, yet not cramped. Definitely call ahead if you have more than 4 people in your party.

Woke up this morning needing my usual iced Vietnamese coffee and pancake special. It was delicious as usual. Luckily my friend was with me and I got to have some of his French toast. I need to bring more friends here so I can eat more of the food at one time. This was seriously the best French toast I've ever had. The coffee is always good. The sweet lady frideh will talk to you like she's your own grandma. Actually a lot of people do call her mom or grandma. This place is filled with college students and neighborhood regulars. Gets a tad busy on weekends but during the week after the morning breakfast rush it really is a nice place to sit with a book or study for a final. The affordable menu lets me eat here multiple times a week. Ok so now you know check this place out!!

Great mom&pop cafe, been going for years for great comfort food, awesome breakfasts!

BRING CASH if you want to tip because you CAN'T TIP WITH CARD. The service was a little slow because there was only one waitress at breakfast time. But the food came out fast. The eggs in the omelet were a little overcooked but the home fries (hashbrowns) were good with a little salt added. They do free refills on coffee. Overall B- restaurant.

Come here once a week and love the food and staff. By far my favorite breakfast place. Great coffee too

Good food

Normally this place is pretty spot on but yesterday I went in and ordered a sandwich that's supposed to come with white cheese. I noticed that half of the sandwich had it, but the other half had American cheese that doesn't even remotely fit the taste of the sandwich. I asked about it and was told "that's how it always comes" which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever been told in a restaurant. I've ordered this sandwich multiple times, it's never had any yellow cheese.

This place has pretty affordable prices. I had a tall iced latte and two chocolate chip pancakes for under $12. Definitely worth checking out.

Love this place, especially for breakfast. Good lattes, perfectly cooked eggs delicious French toast and pancakes plus lots of other food. The owners are so friendly, service is great, and they have lots of tables outside as well as inside. Bathroom is large and clean. It's so nice to have a cozy neighborhood place with no pretensions, great for everything from a family meal to a friendly date.

One of my favorite places to eat, great food at a great price. Service is usually a bit slow, but I don’t always mind. I usually keep cash on me, but I forgot one time and realized I couldn’t tip through the card. As I was leaving the server guilted me for no tip, even though I had no cash on me.

I loved it. Great breakfasts and good service. Homestyle food. Prices are good, specials are just under 10 bucks.

I stopped here and had an All American bfast and shared half with my fuzzy baby...good food that tastes like mom made it.

An Old Fashioned family Diner with great food and good prices.

I decided to visit the Daily Grind on National Waffle day. Of course I ordered the waffles with strawberries. When I got my order I noticed that the strawberries looked odd. I touched them with my finger and they were frozen! F.R.O.Z.E.N! Omg are you kidding me! They should had made a strawberry jelly or a smoothly with those but to throw them on the waffle?!

Great mom-and-pop breakfast place! The cinnimon french toast is what's up. It's gooey, crispy, warm so yummy!! Better than any I have ever had! The crab Benedict was also super delicious and a very good portion. The service is good as well! I wish I had come here sooner! Thanks guys!

Hubby and I wanted to try something new for a sit down breakfast. We pass by this little hole on the wall everyday for work and it was honestly so delicious. Quality food, good service, and it’s not too pricey. New girl was our server and she was excellent. Highly recommend.

Delicious food! I'm a creature of habit so I always get the eggs benedict! But everything is super fresh, delicious and hot! I also love their hazelnut lattes. So much better than Starbucks!

My girlfriend took me the the Daily Grind Cafe after our hike one weekend & it did not disappoint! My girl had the matcha latte & home fries with her cinnamon roll french toast & it was so sweet. We devoured it. I had a denver omelet and ate every bite. I will definitely bring my family to dine here when they visit.
